Confidential client: Acting for clients in connection with their acquisition of the shareholding in a bank in Kenya including, drafting and negotiating the term sheet, share purchase agreements, and other documents necessary for the completion of the transaction and advising on the regulatory approvals with respect to the transaction, preparing the relevant regulatory filings and liaising with the regulators in Kenya.
Confidential client: Acting for a portfolio of exclusive camps in connection with the acquisition of the business and assets from a company operating a lodge in Kenya, including drafting and negotiating the primary transaction documents.
Confidential client: Advising a leading global payments company on the regulatory framework relating to foreign exchange and payment services/systems in Kenya.
Confidential client: Advising one of the world’s largest commercial vehicle manufacturers on their distributor agreement for the distribution and sale of motor vehicles in Kenya.
Confidential client: Advising a bank in connection with the agreements with its corporate customers and its privacy policy for compliance with the Data Protection Act, 2019.
